1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website http://www.gleamr.co (http://www.gleamr.co and any services provided by Gleamr LLC ("Gleamr", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Site or purchasing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase services.

Gleamr provides services described on the Site. Service descriptions, availability, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service, orders, or accounts at our discretion.

11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL GLEAMR, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS, THE SITE, OR THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. GLEAMR’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR DIRECT DAMAGES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU FOR THE APPLICABLE SERVICES DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gleamr and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or services at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site and services will end. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) will survive.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of state or federal courts located in Essex County, New Jersey.

16. Severability
